Interec was incepted in September 2006 with a primary focus on search and selection for Information Technology and Financial Services. Over a period of time we have carefully stepped into other sectors such as Life Sciences, Power, Infrastructure, Engineering and Manufacturing. Our strategy is to work with a small clientele and provide quality service and become a preferred vendor for the client. Interec ranks as the top five vendors for Accenture India (our first client).

Founder Director: Inna Khanduja is the founder of Interec. Inna is a 1996 Symbiosis Institute of Business Management pass out. A Masters Degree in Economics from Punjab University and, a certified PHR specialist from US. She received her specialized training at Rice University, Houston Texas. With an in-depth knowledge of HR functioning in the traditional industrial setting to being associated with FMCG’s and running her own HR Consulting and recruitment firm in US, she has covered a cross section of sectors. Inna has worked on start to finish HR processes from attracting the best talent, performance and compensation management, taking on full fledged market surveys and also internal surveys. She has worked for Gillette India, Airtel, and Hindustan Motors. Some of the successful consulting assignments have been with University of Phoenix – WIU tie-up India, and Living Bank International USA.

Interec is what it is today, due to sheer hard work and dedication. What started out as a small venture of three people in 2006 has today a team of fifteen of professionals with strong linkages to a diversity of sectors such as IT, ITES, Power and Infrastructure, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing and Engineering. The projected growth rate in terms of strength is over 50 employees by year 2010. Year on year Interec revenues have grown by over 250 percent. By end of year 2010, Interec is expected to touch a turnover of Rupees 25 crores.
